WorkTemply provides AI-powered content generation tools for business and professional use. The Service is fully automated and does not involve any human-driven services or manual review. All content is generated using artificial intelligence technology. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using WorkTemply. However, you grant WorkTemply a license to use your input data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our AI models.

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal by emailing us at:

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at billing@worktemply.com with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Your subscription plan name
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request (optional)

Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will not be honored. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

Free Trial

We offer a free plan with limited features so you can try WorkTemply before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to test the Service using the free plan before upgrading.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within the first 14 days and wish to receive a refund, please email billing@worktemply.com.

Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error or technical issue with your subscription, please contact us at billing@worktemply.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
